Usuba Knifes were designed to effortlessness prepare vegetables and fruits. The name itself translates to thin blade, used to cut and slice vegetables and fruits without damaging fibers. Their single beveled design helps to achieve thiner and more pricise slices and cuts. Prefect for peeling tasks as well.
