Designed with a strong nickel-plated wire-mesh construction, the Rabco Coarse Mesh Skimmer will become your go-to tool to drain water and oil from foods before plating.

It has a long handle to keep hands a safe distance away from oil while the hole at the top allows the skimmer to be hung for space-efficient storage. The skimmer is excellent for commercial or home kitchens.
