It slices meat into 7/8\” thick slices and has a gear-driven knife that provides high torque for slicing tough products like cheese.

All food contact areas and removable receiving tray are stainless steel, which improves sanitation and eases cleaning. The knife cover interlock and permanently attached knife ring guard improves operator safety during cleaning.
