Join us for the next edition of our Factory Dinner, on Sunday, January 25th, fora night that takes us back to our roots. For this special feast, resident chef Jack Tonkin will cook alongside Florentine founder, Tomer Botner and team members whose culinary backgrounds will help bring the flavours of Tomers homeland to the table.

Together, theyll create a menu inspired by Middle Eastern comfort food, reinterpreted through Jacks refined technique and the exceptional produce of Catalonia. A vibrant, living cuisine: bold, generous, and grounded in the flavours that define celebration across the Middle East and parts of Central Asia.

The evening will take shape as a shared, family-style feast:slow-cooked pots on the pass, lamb at the centre, freshly baked breads, warm grains, herbs by the handful, stuffed dumplings, crisp salads, and condiments that pull the table in new directions. And of course, a few surprises along the way.

Expect a lively, aromatic, and joy-filled night that feels like homewhether its yours or one you\’re discovering.
