The angled surface can cover hard-to-reach places while the phenolic handle is durable and comfortable to hold. This surface probe can measure temperatures from –40F to 500F in 4 seconds or less for a reliable performance. Thecoil cable can withstand temperatures of326F while the handle can withstand temperatures of176F. It\’s recommended to add a dab of oil to aid in heat transfer when measuring.
