At 9.5, this chef knife from the Firestorm Alpha series carries a little more heft and a lot more presence in the kitchen. If most chef knives are the kitchen workhorse, this is a clydesdale. Bigger, stronger, and ready for action. Slice, dice, chop, and transfer cuts of meat and vegetable from board to plate or pan with this long, broad, versatile blade.
